Labels for UK bean-to-bar makers
Custom chocolate labels for bean-to-bar and craft brands.
Foil-wrap-compatible vinyl, cocoa-percentage friendly layouts. From 25 labels upwards.
UK bean-to-bar chocolate making has gone from niche hobby to a proper craft scene — a couple hundred makers working from single-origin cacao, some at tiny scale, some winning international awards. The label is a huge part of the genre signal. Cocoa percentage, origin farm, tasting notes, certification all carry weight that mainstream confectionery skips entirely.
We print chocolate bar labels on vinyl designed to sit cleanly over or alongside foil inner wrap. Adhesive doesn't react with cocoa butter migration or foil-based inner wraps, and the print stays sharp through cold-storage cycles as bars move from maker to warehouse to retailer. For custom-sized bars (28g squares, 70g standard, 100g blocks), we size labels to fit the exact format.
Small MOQs from 25 labels — enough for a single-origin micro-batch, a seasonal release, or a Valentine's run. Cocoa %, allergen disclosure (dairy, nuts, soy), country of origin and Fairtrade/Organic certification logos all get checked on the free proof. Free UK delivery, dispatch 2–3 working days after proof approval.

Four things chocolate labels have to get right.
Chocolate labels face specific challenges — cocoa-butter migration, foil compatibility, genre-correct design. Our proof process catches all four.
-
Foil-wrap compatibility
Outer labels often sit over foil inner wrap. Our adhesive bonds reliably on foil, unlike generic stock that slides off within days.
-
Cocoa percentage as genre signal
Bean-to-bar design language is distinct from mainstream confectionery. Cocoa %, origin farm, tasting notes all get allocated space on every proof.
-
Allergen highlighting
FIC requires bold allergens (dairy, nuts, soy). We flag missing or unstyled allergens on every proof before print.
-
Cold-storage durability
Bars cycle through cold storage and display cases. Our vinyl doesn't react to cocoa butter migration or temperature cycling — print stays sharp for the full shelf life.

Tried two other printers before StickerPlus. One couldn't handle the foil inner wrap, the other's print smudged from cocoa butter migration. These labels have held through a full year of production with zero issues.
Chocolate maker FAQ
Questions from bean-to-bar makers.
Do your labels stick on foil inner wrap?
Yes — our adhesive bonds reliably on the foil inner wraps used in bean-to-bar and artisan confectionery. Generic label stock slides on foil; ours doesn't.
Will cocoa butter migrate through the label?
No. Our vinyl and inks are rated for direct food-oil contact. Cocoa butter migration is a real issue on wrong-spec labels — you'll see the print degrade over months. Our labels don't have this problem.
What size label works on a 70g standard bar?
Standard 70g bar (about 160 × 82mm) typically takes a full-wrap outer label at 160 × 80mm, or a smaller belly-band at 80 × 40mm depending on aesthetic. Send your bar dimensions and we'll confirm before proof.
Can I include the cocoa percentage and origin farm clearly?
Yes — bean-to-bar design puts cocoa % and origin prominently on the label. We'll allocate space, check legibility at your chosen label size, and flag any cramping on the free proof before press.
