Beer bottle and can labels

UK craft brewing moves fast. Most breweries release new beers every few weeks — collabs, seasonals, DDH re-runs — and each release means new labels. Design turnaround matters, per-batch pricing matters, and the label has to hold up through the supply chain: fridge to van, van to cold store, cold store to bar.

Cans and bottles want different things. We print can-wrap labels on flexible waterproof vinyl sized to your can format (330ml slim, 330ml standard, 440ml, 500ml), and bottle labels on rigid-backed stock for shelf-stable displays. The adhesive holds through ice-bath submersion, temperature cycling, and the repeated wet-glove handling of a busy taproom.

Small MOQs from 25 units mean you can test a collab release or limited DDH without committing to a production batch. Variable ABV and batch data printable across the run, free digital proof on every order, and most orders ship 2–3 working days from proof approval.

Before you order

Four things brewery labels have to get right.

Most brewery label failures come back to the same four places. Our design team and proof process catch them before press.

  • Can-wrap sizing is format-specific

330ml slim, 330ml standard, 440ml tall, 500ml all take different wrap dimensions. Generic templates don't work — we size exactly to your can model before proof.

  • Bottle label vs can wrap

Different materials and adhesives. Cans need flexible vinyl that wraps cleanly without edge-lift; bottles want rigid-backed stock for shelf stability. We run them on different stock.

  • Ice-bath testing

Every label rated for prolonged submersion and condensation cycling. Wet-glove handling behind a busy bar is the other killer for wrong-spec labels — ours handle both.

  • ABV and batch data options

Print variable data per run, or leave a blank field for stamping. Most breweries run one approach per SKU family — flag which suits your workflow at quote.

Brewery FAQ

Questions from craft breweries.

Do you print 330ml slim can labels?

Yes — all standard UK can formats. 330ml slim, 330ml standard, 440ml tall, 500ml. Each format takes a different wrap size, so send us your can model and we'll size to spec before proof.

Can I print different ABV on each beer in a variety pack?

Yes — either as separate label designs (common for distinct beer SKUs) or as variable data across one print run. For mixed 4-packs with different beers, usually you'd run 4 separate label designs.

Will labels hold through ice buckets and condensation?

Yes. Every label is tested for prolonged submersion — not just splash-resistance. It's the most common failure mode on wrong-spec stock, and we don't ship brewery labels that won't pass the test.

Do you do collab-release short runs?

Yes — 25 to 100 can wraps for collab releases is one of our most common brewery orders. Fast turnaround (2–3 working days from proof), free design help if you need visual treatment for the collab.

Ready for your next release?

Collab, DDH, seasonal, flagship — we print the labels in days, not weeks. Free proof before print.
