How long does delivery take? +
We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of proof approval. UK delivery typically takes 1–2 additional days, so most customers receive their stickers within 3–4 working days of ordering.
My stickers arrived damaged — what do I do? +
We're sorry to hear that. Send us a photo of the issue using the contact form above and we'll arrange a free reprint immediately. No return is required and no questions asked.
Can you check my artwork file before I order? +
Yes — attach your file using the form above and tick "Artwork / file help" as the subject. Our design team will check resolution, colour profiles and cut lines and get back to you with feedback.
Do you offer discounts for large orders? +
Yes — bulk pricing applies automatically in our configurator from 100 stickers upwards. For orders of 5,000+ or custom volume requirements, select "Bulk order enquiry" in the form and we'll send you a custom quote.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
You can change or cancel your order before you approve the digital proof — just get in touch as soon as possible. Once the proof is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.
Do you print for businesses outside the UK? +
Currently we print for UK addresses only. We're working on expanding international delivery — if you're outside the UK, drop us a message and we'll let you know when your country is available.
