πŸ›’ Ordering 7 questions
Is there a minimum order quantity? +
No β€” we have no minimum order. You can order as few as 1 sticker or decal, though pricing is more economical at higher quantities. Our smallest preset quantity is 25 for most sticker products, but custom quantities starting from 1 are available in the configurator.
How do I place an order? +
Choose your product, configure your size, material and quantity using our online configurator, then upload your artwork or use our online design tool. Once you've added to cart and checked out, we'll send you a free digital proof for approval before printing begins.
Can I order multiple different designs in one order? +
Yes β€” add each design as a separate item in your cart. We'll batch them together and dispatch in one delivery. This is common for businesses ordering product labels, sticker packs or multiple decal designs at once.
Can I get a custom size that isn't listed? +
Yes β€” all our products support fully custom dimensions. Select "Custom size" in the configurator and enter your exact width and height in millimetres. For very large or complex sizes, contact us first and we'll confirm feasibility and pricing.
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing? +
Yes β€” bulk discounts are applied automatically in the configurator from 100 units upwards. For orders of 5,000+ or ongoing trade accounts, contact us with your requirements and we'll provide custom volume pricing.
How long after ordering will I receive my proof? +
We send digital proofs within 2–4 hours for standard orders during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm). Orders placed outside business hours or on weekends are proofed first thing the next working day.
Can I change my order after placing it? +
You can request changes before you approve your digital proof β€” just contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you need. Once you've approved the proof and production has started, changes may not be possible.
🎨 Artwork & files 7 questions
What file formats do you accept? +
We accept PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, PNG and JPG. Vector formats (PDF, SVG, AI, EPS) give the sharpest results, especially for logos and text. If you're submitting a raster file (PNG, JPG), we need a minimum of 300 DPI at the intended print size.
Do I need to add bleed to my artwork? +
For stickers with a full-colour background that goes to the edge, add 2mm bleed on all sides beyond the cut line. For designs with a white or transparent background that doesn't fill the sticker, bleed isn't required. We'll flag any issues in your proof.
What colour mode should my file be in? +
Use CMYK colour mode for the most accurate printed colours. RGB files are accepted and converted to CMYK during our pre-press process, but some colour shifts may occur β€” particularly with neon or very saturated colours. If colour accuracy is critical, submit CMYK and we'll confirm in the proof.
My logo is only available as a low-resolution PNG. Can you still print it? +
It depends on the size you want to print. A 300px PNG might print fine at 25mm but look pixelated at 100mm. Upload your file and our design team will check it and tell you exactly how it will look at your chosen size β€” before any printing happens.
Can your design team create or fix my artwork? +
We offer basic pre-press fixes (converting RGB to CMYK, adjusting bleed, outlining fonts) at no charge as part of our proofing process. For more complex work β€” creating a design from scratch, recreating a logo as a vector, or significant artwork modifications β€” contact us for a design service quote.
Do I need to outline my fonts? +
Yes β€” if submitting a vector file (AI, SVG, EPS), please outline all fonts before saving. This prevents font substitution if we don't have the same typeface installed. PDF files from most design software embed fonts automatically. If you're unsure, send us the file and we'll check it in the proof stage.
Can I use the AI design tool if I have no artwork at all? +
Yes β€” our AI design assistant is built for exactly this situation. Answer a few questions about your brand, style and colours, and the AI will generate a sticker concept for you. You can then edit it in our canvas editor or approve it for printing as-is.
🏷️ Materials & finishes 6 questions
Are your stickers waterproof? +
Yes β€” all our stickers are printed on waterproof vinyl. They're suitable for outdoor use, water bottles, product packaging, fridges and other damp environments. The print itself is UV resistant and won't fade or run in normal conditions.
What's the difference between gloss and matte finish? +
Gloss finish gives a shiny, vivid appearance that makes colours pop β€” great for bold graphics and photography. Matte finish has a soft, flat surface with no shine β€” popular for premium branding, minimalist designs and anything where a glare-free finish is preferred. Both are equally durable.
What is holographic vinyl and how does it work? +
Holographic vinyl has a built-in rainbow shimmer effect embedded in the material. We print your design on top using UV inks. Transparent areas in your design reveal the holographic base β€” so designs with white space or transparent elements look most impressive. The holographic effect is waterproof and as durable as standard vinyl.
What is clear vinyl and when should I use it? +
Clear vinyl has a transparent background β€” only your printed design is visible. We always print a white ink underbase under your artwork to keep colours vivid. Use clear vinyl when you want the "no label" look β€” your design appearing to float directly on a bottle, glass or surface.
How long do your stickers last outdoors? +
Our standard white and clear vinyl stickers are rated for 3–5 years of outdoor exposure. Holographic stickers are equally durable. Our vehicle decal and outdoor signage vinyl is rated for 5–7 years. All ratings assume normal outdoor conditions without deliberate abrasion or chemical exposure.
Are your stickers dishwasher safe? +
Our stickers are waterproof and survive hand washing and brief water immersion well. However, the high heat and harsh detergents in dishwashers will eventually degrade the adhesive and print over time. We recommend hand washing for items with our stickers applied, especially glassware and water bottles.
🚚 Delivery 5 questions
How long will my order take? +
Most orders follow this timeline: proof sent within 2–4 hours of ordering β†’ you approve the proof β†’ production and dispatch within 1–2 business days β†’ UK delivery 1–2 business days after dispatch. Most customers receive their stickers within 3–5 working days of placing their order.
Is delivery really free? +
Yes β€” standard UK delivery is free on every single order, no minimum spend required. Express next-day delivery is available for Β£4.99 if you need your order faster. There are no hidden delivery fees added at checkout.
Will I get tracking for my order? +
Yes β€” we send a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility. You can track your delivery in real time using the link in that email.
Do you deliver outside the UK? +
Currently we deliver to UK addresses only β€” including mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. International delivery is something we're working on. Contact us if you're outside the UK and we'll let you know when your country becomes available.
What if my order hasn't arrived? +
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but it hasn't arrived, or if it's significantly overdue, contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if the order is confirmed lost, we'll reprint and redeliver at no charge.
πŸ”„ Returns & reprints 6 questions
What is the reprint guarantee? +
If your order arrives with any defect caused by us β€” printing errors, cutting mistakes, wrong material or wrong size β€” we will reprint your entire order completely free of charge. No return is required. Just send us a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery.
My stickers look different from the proof β€” what can I do? +
Minor colour differences between screen and print are normal due to monitor calibration. If the difference is significant and outside standard printing tolerances, contact us with photos and we'll assess whether a reprint is warranted. We use calibrated printing processes to minimise colour variation.
I made a mistake in my design that I didn't catch in the proof. Can I get a reprint? +
Unfortunately, mistakes in the approved artwork (spelling errors, wrong colours, incorrect design elements) aren't covered by our free reprint guarantee β€” the proof approval is your confirmation that the design is correct. We can reprint with the corrected artwork at a discounted reorder rate. This is why we encourage careful proof review before approving.
Can I return stickers for a refund? +
Because all stickers are custom printed to order, we can't accept returns of correctly printed orders. We do offer full refunds where we've made an error that can't be resolved with a reprint, or where an order is lost in transit. See our Returns Policy for full details.
How do I claim a reprint? +
Email [email protected] or use our contact form within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll review and confirm your reprint within 1 business hour during business hours.
How long does a reprint take? +
Once we've confirmed your reprint claim, your replacement order goes into production immediately and follows the same 1–2 business day dispatch timeline. We prioritise reprint orders to get the correct product to you as quickly as possible.
🏠 Vinyl decals 6 questions
What's the difference between a sticker and a decal? +
Stickers typically have a white or clear vinyl backing and are designed to be stuck onto surfaces as a complete unit. Decals are usually larger, applied directly to a surface (wall, window, vehicle) and may come as cut-out shapes or lettering on transfer tape without any visible backing. Decals are generally used for interior design, signage and vehicle graphics.
Will wall decals damage my paint when removed? +
Our wall decals use a removable adhesive designed not to damage standard emulsion paint. For freshly painted walls, wait at least 4 weeks before applying. Remove slowly by heating the edge with a hairdryer and peeling at a 45Β° angle. Any residue can be removed with a soft cloth and rubbing alcohol. We recommend testing in an inconspicuous area first on unusual paint types.
What is frosted vinyl for window decals? +
Frosted vinyl is a semi-opaque white film that mimics the appearance of sandblasted or acid-etched glass. It allows light through while providing privacy. Popular for meeting room partitions, bathroom windows and shop front privacy panels. It looks significantly more expensive than it is.
How long do vehicle decals last? +
Our vehicle decals use automotive-grade cast vinyl rated for 7+ years of outdoor exposure. They withstand motorway driving speeds, automated car washes, UV exposure and British weather. Most customers see 5–7 years of excellent appearance with regular driving use.
Can vinyl lettering go on any font? +
Yes β€” we can produce cut vinyl lettering in any font. Upload your text as a vector file with the font specified, or note the font name in your order and we'll source it. We have access to thousands of fonts. For exact brand font matching, supply your font file or an outlined vector of your text.
How are vinyl decals and lettering supplied? +
Decals and lettering are supplied on transfer tape β€” a clear application film that holds the decal in correct position while you apply it to your surface. Simply position the decal, press firmly with a squeegee or credit card from centre outward, then slowly peel away the transfer tape at 45Β°. Full instructions are included with every order.
πŸ‘€ Account & billing 5 questions
Do I need an account to order? +
No β€” you can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating a free account lets you track your orders, reorder previous designs easily, save your artwork and access your order history. We recommend it for repeat customers.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We don't store your card details.
Can I get a VAT invoice? +
Yes β€” a VAT invoice is automatically sent with your order confirmation email. If you need a separate invoice or require a specific format for your accounts, contact us with your order number and company details.
How do I reorder a previous design? +
Log into your account and go to your order history. Find the previous order and click "Reorder" β€” this pre-fills all your previous options and artwork. You can adjust quantity or size before checking out. If you don't have an account, we can look up previous orders by email β€” contact us.
How do I delete my account or personal data? +
You can request account deletion and erasure of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll process your request within one calendar month as required by UK GDPR. Note that we may need to retain certain financial records for up to 7 years for legal compliance. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
