This policy covers how StickerPlus (The Art Source Decor Limited, trading as StickerPlus) processes, ships and handles issues with orders placed on stickerplus.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

We want every customer to receive exactly what they ordered, on time, in perfect condition. If that doesn't happen, we will make it right.

πŸ–¨οΈ Production times

Production begins only after you have reviewed and approved your free digital proof. We do not print anything until you have confirmed the proof is correct.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend are processed first thing on Monday morning.

Proof approval

Your digital proof will be sent to the email address you used to place your order. The proof shows the exact dimensions, cut line and colour layout of your stickers. Please review it carefully before approving β€” once you approve, production begins immediately and changes may not be possible.

If you do not respond to your proof within 7 days, we will attempt to contact you. Orders where no approval is received within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded.

UK delivery

We offer free standard delivery on every UK order, with no minimum spend. There are no delivery charges at checkout β€” ever.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday) please allow an extra 1–2 business days. StickerPlus cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or courier services.

Delivery addresses

We deliver to all addresses in mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at the time of ordering β€” we cannot re-route parcels once dispatched.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Missed deliveries

If a delivery is missed, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. Parcels not collected within the holding period will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply for parcels returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect.

A dispatch confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our facility. You can use the tracking link to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.

If you have not received a dispatch email within your expected production window, please check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.


🌍 International orders

StickerPlus currently ships to UK addresses only. We are working on expanding to international delivery β€” if you are based outside the UK, please get in touch and we will let you know when your country becomes available.


πŸ“· Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if the stickers are not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will require:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the damage or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

You can send these via the contact form or directly to [email protected]. We will respond within 1 business hour during business hours.

Where the damage or error is our fault, we will reprint and redeliver your full order at no cost. No return of the original order is required.


πŸ”„ Our reprint guarantee

We stand behind every order we print. If your stickers arrive with any of the following defects, we will reprint your entire order free of charge:

  • Printing defects β€” banding, colour shifts, ink smearing or missing colour areas
  • Cutting defects β€” incorrect cut shape, off-centre cuts, torn edges
  • Material defects β€” bubbling, delamination or adhesive failure
  • Wrong product β€” different shape, size or material than ordered

Our reprint guarantee does not cover issues caused by:

  • Customer artwork errors approved by the customer in the proof (e.g. spelling mistakes, incorrect colours in the source file, low-resolution images)
  • Colour differences that fall within standard printing tolerances (screen colours vs. printed colours can differ due to monitor calibration)
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with a design that was printed correctly to the approved proof

This is why we send a free digital proof before every order. Please review your proof carefully, including dimensions, spelling, and colour, before approving. Once approved and printed correctly, we cannot offer a free reprint for customer-side errors.

How to claim a reprint

Contact us within 14 days
Email [email protected] or use our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order.

Send a photo of the issue
Attach a clear photo showing the defect. Include your order number in the message.

We review and confirm
We'll review your claim and confirm whether it falls within the guarantee β€” usually within 1 business hour.

We reprint and redeliver
Your replacement order is put into production immediately and delivered to you free of charge. No return required.

↩️ Returns & refunds

Because all of our stickers are custom printed to order, we are unable to accept returns of correctly printed orders. Each product is made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

When we will issue a refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Your order was cancelled before production began (see Cancellations below)
  • We are unable to fulfil your order for any reason on our side
  • Your order is significantly incorrect and a reprint is not a suitable resolution
  • Your order is lost in transit and cannot be located (after a reasonable investigation period with the carrier)

Partial refunds

In some circumstances where only part of an order is affected, a partial refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued. Bank processing times may vary.

ℹ️

Our preferred resolution for defective or incorrect orders is always a free reprint, as this gets you the correct product faster than a refund and re-order. We only issue refunds where reprinting is not a suitable solution.


βœ–οΈ Order cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before you approve your digital proof. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once you have approved the proof and production has started, cancellation may not be possible as your stickers will already be in production. In this case, we are unable to offer a refund unless we have made an error on our side.

Email [email protected] or use the contact form with your order number and the reason for cancellation. We'll respond within 1 business hour during business hours.

If you have already approved your proof, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to pause production if your order has not yet been printed, but we cannot guarantee cancellation at this stage.
