Terms of Service

1. The parties

StickerPlus is a trading name of The Art Source Decor Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refers to The Art Source Decor Limited trading as StickerPlus. "You" and "your" refers to the customer placing an order or using our website at stickerplus.co.uk.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using stickerplus.co.uk, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or place an order. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers and contributors of content.

3. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. A binding contract is not formed until we send you an order confirmation email and subsequently send you a proof for approval.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

• We cannot verify payment
• The submitted artwork contains content that violates our policies (see Section 5)
• A pricing error was made on our website
• We are unable to fulfil the order due to production constraints

Where we cancel an order we have accepted, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time you place it.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We do not offer credit terms unless agreed separately in writing for trade accounts. Payment is processed securely by Stripe and we do not store your card details.

VAT

StickerPlus is VAT registered in the United Kingdom. VAT is applied to all orders in accordance with UK tax law. A VAT invoice is provided with every order confirmation.

5. Artwork, content and prohibited materials

By submitting artwork or design files to StickerPlus, you confirm and warrant that:

• You own the artwork or have full permission to use it for commercial printing
• The artwork does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• The artwork does not contain illegal, defamatory, hateful, obscene or otherwise objectionable content
• Printing the artwork on our products will not violate any applicable law

Prohibited content

We reserve the right to refuse to print artwork that contains, but is not limited to:

• Content that infringes trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights
• Hate speech, racist, sexist or discriminatory content
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Content promoting illegal activity, violence or terrorism
• Content designed to deceive or defraud

You accept full legal and financial responsibility for any claim arising from the artwork you submit. StickerPlus accepts no liability for claims made against us as a result of printing artwork submitted by customers.

6. Production and proofs

All orders include a free digital proof sent to your registered email address within 2–4 hours of ordering during business hours. Production does not begin until you approve the proof.

It is your sole responsibility to check the proof carefully before approving, including:

• Spelling, grammar and text accuracy
• Correct dimensions and proportions
• Colour accuracy (noting that screen colours may differ from print)
• Cut line and bleed

By approving a proof, you confirm the design is correct. Errors in approved artwork are not covered by our reprint guarantee. Proofs not approved within 14 days may result in the order being cancelled and refunded.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of proof approval. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes on receipt of full payment. We deliver to UK addresses only. Full details are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

8. Defects and our reprint guarantee

If products arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Where the defect is our fault, we will provide a free reprint.

Our reprint guarantee does not cover defects arising from errors in artwork approved by the customer, colour variations within standard printing tolerances, or damage occurring after delivery. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

9. Returns and refunds

As all products are custom manufactured to your specification, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once production has commenced. You may cancel before proof approval for a full refund.

Refunds are issued in circumstances set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy, including order loss in transit and manufacturing defects that cannot be remedied by reprint. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK consumer protection law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StickerPlus's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses including loss of profit, loss of business or reputational damage, even if we were advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Intellectual property

All content on stickerplus.co.uk including text, graphics, logos, images and software is the property of The Art Source Decor Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our website content without our prior written permission. You retain ownership of all artwork and designs you submit to us for printing.

12. Privacy and data protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. By using our website and placing orders, you consent to such processing.

13. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to registered customers and by prominent notice on our website. The updated terms will include a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it informally. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may refer the dispute to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.
