At StickerPlus we know you’re often working to a deadline — so we back our turnaround with a money-back guarantee.
The promise
We guarantee to dispatch your order within:
- 24 working hours — for orders of up to 500 pieces
- 48 working hours — for orders of more than 500 pieces
If we fail to dispatch your order within that window, we’ll give you a full refund. Simple as that.
What "dispatched" means
Dispatched means your order has left us and is with the courier, with a tracking number sent to you. As soon as your tracking number shows the parcel moving, we’ve kept our promise.
What we can — and can’t — promise
We control how fast we print your order and hand it to the courier. We don’t control the courier itself. Once your parcel is on its way, the delivery date is in the courier’s hands, and things like weather, courier backlogs, strikes or remote postcodes can affect it.
So our guarantee covers on-time dispatch with a tracking number — not the courier’s final delivery date. We’ll always get your order moving on time; the rest is up to the delivery network.
When the clock starts
The dispatch window begins once your order is placed and your artwork is approved and print-ready. Because we provide a free artwork proof on every order, if we’re waiting on you to approve a proof or send usable artwork, the clock starts once that’s done.
Working hours
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed outside these hours start counting from the next working day.
How to claim
If we miss the dispatch window above, just email hello@stickerplus.co.uk within 14 days of placing your order, quoting your order number. We’ll check the dispatch time against our records and, if we missed it, refund your order in full to your original payment method.
A few exclusions
The promise doesn’t apply where a delay is caused by:
- waiting on your proof approval or artwork files,
- an incorrect or incomplete delivery address,
- payment not clearing or being held for review,
- or events outside our reasonable control (e.g. courier strikes, extreme weather, supply shortages).
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your order.
