Overview
These terms and conditions govern your use of the StickerPlus website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. StickerPlus is a trading name of The Art Source Decor Limited, registered in England and Wales.
Products and pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order. Payment must be received in full before production begins.
Artwork and proofs
You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork you upload is of sufficient quality for printing and that you have the rights to use it. We provide a free digital proof before printing. Once you approve the proof, you accept responsibility for the content and accuracy of the design. We are not liable for errors in approved proofs.
Production and delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days of proof approval. Delivery is free on all orders via Royal Mail Tracked. Estimated delivery is 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Returns and refunds
Because all products are custom printed to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, with print defects, or does not match the approved proof, we will reprint and reship free of charge. Please report any issues within 14 days of delivery with photographs.
Free design service
Our free design service is provided at no cost and with no obligation to order. We retain the right to use anonymised examples of our design work for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of any artwork and designs you upload. We retain ownership of the StickerPlus brand, website content, and any original designs created by our team. You grant us a licence to use your uploaded artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
