How does one-way perforated vinyl work?

Thousands of 1.5mm holes cover 50% of the surface. From outside your eye focuses on the printed half and sees a solid graphic. From inside your eye focuses through the holes and sees the street.
 

Can I apply this inside the window?

No — one-way perforated vinyl must go on the outside face of the glass for the effect to work. We ship it with clear outside-application instructions.
 

Is it affected by rain or weather?

The UV laminate protects the print fully. Heavy rain temporarily reduces internal visibility but clears as soon as the glass dries.
 

Does it work at night?

+

The effect reverses at night with interior lights on — your interior becomes visible through the holes. For 24-hour businesses consider frosted or opaque vinyl instead.
 

Can I remove it without damaging glass?

Yes — peels off cleanly from glass. On painted surfaces older/lower-quality paint may be at risk, but glass application is always safe.
 

What's the maximum panel size?

Single panels up to 1300mm wide and 3m long. Larger shopfronts are produced in seamless butt-joined panels — the perforation pattern hides the join almost completely.
